Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting management with overall store conditions in order to maximize guest services and store profitability. This manager will foster a coaching environment where employees want to excel and are recognized for their achievements. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Planning and preparing of schedules
- Preparing shift reports as required by management
- Assisting and supporting management in calculations of food consumption and requests of food product purchases, supplies and equipment
- Ensuring accuracy of gasoline pump readings
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old to apply; High school diploma or GED and valid drivers license required; Minimum of one year in retail, fast food or sales experience
Sales Associate
The Sales Associate is a key employee whose actions have a direct effect on the store quality for our guests, in addition to ensuring profitability of our stores. This position is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, effective, safe and courteous quality services to the guest. Essential duties and responsibilities for this hourly (full or part-time) position include:
- Ringing up all sales on cash register and point-of-sale equipment and ensuring proper cash handling procedures and policies
- Maintaining store and gas island cleanliness
- Performing service transactions in accordance with company policy such as lottery sales and redemption, vendor coupon redemption, company approved credit cards, etc.
- Maintaining proper inventory levels and audits
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; previous sales experience preferred
Fuel Attendant
The Fuel Attendant provides prompt, efficient, safe and courteous quality service to all customers through merchandise handling, cleaning, maintenance and more. Essential duties and responsibilities for this hourly (full or part-time) position includes:
- Providing assistance to customers by filling gas tanks, washing windshields and checking engine oil and washer fluid
- Following all credit card, money order and check cashing policies
- Looking for and eliminating safety hazards and reporting unsafe acts or conditions to management
- Preparing shift reports required by management
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred
